Polyplas International is looking for a motivated and organised Internal Sales Support team member to join our growing business, offering the opportunity to be involved in commercial construction, infrastructure and industrial projects across Australia and New Zealand.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service, coordinating sales activities and supporting a high-performing external sales team. You'll work closely with our Sales, Engineering and Operations teams to ensure our customers receive timely quotations, accurate information and an outstanding overall experience.

Key Tasks:
Providing day-to-day support to the external sales team.
Preparing customer quotations and proposals.
Managing customer enquiries, product information and general sales administration.
Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently.




Coordinating project documentation and customer information.
Following up quotations and outstanding customer requests.
Liaising with various departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
Maintaining accurate customer and opportunity records within systems.
Assisting with other tasks when required.
What We're Looking For:

You'll ideally have:
Previous experience in sales support, customer service, internal sales or sales administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
Confidence using computer systems.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Experience in the construction, electrical, mechanical or industrial sectors is highly regarded.
