We're seeking motivated and qualified
Heavy Vehicle Mechanics
to join our passionate and friendly workshop team at our
Oakleigh depot, looking to expand on their career in a supervisory role, working alongside the workshop manager
to help us support our communities by keeping our buses safe and on the road.
You'll be responsible for maintaining our modern bus fleet—carrying out scheduled servicing, diagnostics, repairs and necessary training and upskilling to ensure vehicles operate safely and efficiently. Supervising the completion of day-to-day workshop operations to maintain peak vehicle requirements.

What You'll Bring:
A motivated and passionate attitude to work as park of a team to keep our fleet on the road supporting our communities.
Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent).
Extensive demonstratable experience in mechanical and electrical diagnostics and repair (bus industry preferable).




Able to work independently and as a leader of a collaborative team.
A strong commitment to health and safety.
A Heavy Vehicle Licence, or willingness to obtain one.
Strong written and verbal communication, computer literacy and people leadership skills.
Considerable leadership/workshop supervisor/senior role experience preferred.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a rapid paced, compliance driven environment.
Sound understanding of compliance requirements, safe work and maintenance practices.
Experience with Electric and Hybrid Electric vehicles is highly desirable.
