Project Manager
to join our NSW team, leading the delivery of electrical and telecommunications infrastructure projects for our clients.
This is an opportunity to join an established national business delivering critical infrastructure for leading clients. You'll have ownership of your portfolio, work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in delivering complex projects safely, profitably and to the highest standard.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Program Manager, you'll take ownership of the successful delivery of electrical and telecommunications infrastructure projects, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
You'll be responsible for:




Leading end-to-end delivery of electrical and telecommunications infrastructure projects, essential facilities and communications networks.
Managing project commercial performance, including budgets, forecasting, procurement, cost control and invoicing.
Building trusted relationships with clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders to support long-term business growth.
Preparing estimates, quotations and tender submissions in collaboration with internal teams.
Leading, mentoring and developing Technicians, Apprentices and site teams to achieve strong project outcomes.
Driving a positive safety culture and ensuring compliance with WHS requirements across your portfolio.
Identifying opportunities to improve project delivery, profitability and client satisfaction.
About You
You'll be an experienced Project Manager with strong commercial acumen and a track record of successfully delivering infrastructure projects from award through to completion.
You'll bring:
Demonstrated experience delivering electrical, telecommunications or infrastructure projects end-to-end.
Strong financial and commercial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.




Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships in a competitive market.
Experience delivering projects within commercial buildings, aged care, healthcare or similar operational environments.
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Australian work rights.
Desirable
Trade qualification in Electrical and/or Telecommunications.
Experience using SimPRO, SharePoint, Bluebeam and/or Groundplan.
Experience working on critical infrastructure, and similar commercial environments.
