The Role
In a typical Pick Packing position with National Workforce, you will be responsible for:
Accurately picking products based on order specifications.
Scanning barcodes using relevant technology such as RF scanners.
Meeting set KPIs and productivity targets.
Carefully packing items ready for shipment, ensuring products are packed within client guidelines.
Conducting quality checks to guarantee positive condition of products and accuracy of orders.
Utilising client specific computer systems to process returned items.
Restocking shelves to ensure inventory levels are maintained.
Lifting up to 20kg as required and assisting with manual handling tasks.
Adhering to client specific safety processes and requirements.
To be successful for a Pick Packing position with National Workforce you must
Have a minimum of 3 months experience in a relevant pick packing position.
Be confident in the use of RF scanning technology.
Have a sound understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
