Advice2Talent is partnering with an established boutique financial planning practice on Sydney's Northern Beaches to recruit an experienced Senior Financial Adviser.
This is more than just another advisory role. It's an opportunity to join a business in an exciting growth phase, work with quality clients, benefit from a strong referral network through an established accounting practice, and, for the right person, progress towards equity ownership.
About the Opportunity
The practice currently manages an established client base and is entering a significant growth phase, with the acquisition of an additional client book creating an exciting prospect for an experienced adviser to join the business at the right time.
You will enjoy genuine autonomy while being supported by an experienced Associate Adviser, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional advice and building long‐term client relationships.
The practice utilises BT and Macquarie investment platforms and Xplan, while investment advice documents and Statements of Advice are professionally outsourced, giving you more time to focus on clients rather than administration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow an established portfolio of clients.
Provide strategic advice across:
Wealth Creation
Superannuation




Retirement Planning
Investment Strategies
Develop long‐term relationships with High Net Worth clients.
Work towards realistic business development and revenue targets supported by an established referral network.
Collaborate closely with the business owner to contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
Knowledge in BT and Macquarie platforms would be ideal
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Is an experienced Senior Financial Adviser with a proven track record.
Has successfully managed their own client book or portfolio.
Enjoys working autonomously and taking ownership of client relationships.
Is commercially minded with a strong client‐first approach.
Is confident working with clients investing $600,000 to $1 million+.
Has excellent communication and relationship‐building skills.
Experience using Xplan will be highly regarded.
Candidates who have previously owned or operated their own financial planning practice, or those seeking a genuine pathway to equity and future business ownership, will be highly regarded.
