About the role
We are in scaling phase (with start-up vibes minus the investors and debt) and are on the hunt for experienced Team Leaders to join us. With our technical team encompassing more than 50% of our whole business, the investment into the our products and our people continues
Leading a team of 6 full stack engineers, you will use your technical knowledge to help kick off major product enhancements and design decisions
You will promote working in collaborative environments where ideas are converted into tangible outcomes
You will mentor and support your team helping them to meet and where possible, exceed expectations whilst holding them and yourself to account

There is an expectation that you would spend 10%-20% of your week as a manager hands-on coding, so you will need to be comfortable being this close to the tools
About You
You have
8+ years of software development experience
, with a track record of notable achievements
You have
3+ years of experience leading an engineering team
, mentoring developers, and guiding technical decisions
You have
experience building modern applications
, working across frontend, backend, or full-stack development
You are still




hands-on with coding
, spending at least
*****% of your time writing and reviewing code
You've worked on
large-scale, complex software platforms
and have experience managing technical debt
You take a
strategic approach to system design
, breaking down complex problems while balancing performance, cost, and simplicity

—you consider the business impact, collaborate with stakeholders, and make smart trade-offs to drive meaningful outcomes
You're
