The Position
As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio to ensure their smooth operation and maximising their profitability.
Your duties will include:
Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, addressing their needs promptly, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Maintenance and ensuring all properties are well maintained and in compliance with regulations.
Arrange and conduct open for inspections.
Open for inspections and private appointments
Overseeing the completion of tenancy applications
Managing authorities and lease documentation
Skills and requirements
Agent Representative Certificate and valid police check
Minimum of 2 years of commercial property management experience




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with tenants, property owners, and colleagues.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
Legislation knowledge pertaining to property management.
