We're not just looking for one person - we're looking for skilled Electricians, Plumbers and Refrigeration Mechanics to build our growing team of Renewable Energy Specialists!
EZYAIR specialise in domestic HVAC, Hot Water, Solar, Battery, EV Chargers, Switchboard Upgrades & Consumer Mains upgrades for existing customers, new builds and offer a dynamic, high-energy work environment where expertise is valued and rewarded.

A base Salary of is $80K–$110K and enjoy uncapped bonuses & commissions.

Your Role:
Install split, multi-split and ducted HVAC systems, batteries, hot water swap overs, switchboard and consumer mains upgrades.
Work with our team of multi trade skilled tradespeople for all hands integration.
Diagnose and resolve electrical faults which may arise as a result of your installation.
Step into a recent pay scale as you mentor apprentices & junior team members as you grow your team.
What You Need:
Current A-Grade Electrical Licence (ESV – Victoria)
Manual Driver's Licence (not required, but preferred)
Valid Working at Heights ticket
Valid Working with Children Check
Valid Elevated Work Platform (EWP)
Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail
An interest in renewable energy technologies
Ability to mentor, train, and support team members
