This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for someone wanting to break into Property Management or take the next step from an administration, customer service, hospitality or similar people-focused role.
You'll work alongside experienced Senior Property Managers and learn the practical side of managing residential properties while providing valuable support to our team.
Your initial focus will be on inspections, leasing, applications and tenant communication.
As your knowledge and confidence develop, so will your responsibilities.
We're prepared to invest in your development — what we need from you is the attitude and willingness to learn.
What You'll Be Doing
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting routine and ingoing inspections
Conducting rental open homes
Assisting with the processing of tenancy applications
Communicating with tenants and providing a high level of customer service
Supporting our Property Management team with day-to-day portfolio tasks
Where This Role Can Take You
We want this position to be the starting point of a career, not simply your next job.
You'll receive hands-on experience across the core areas of Property Management, supported by experienced team members who will help you develop your technical knowledge, communication skills and confidence.
For someone who demonstrates the right attitude, capability and commitment, there is a genuine pathway to progress through Property Management and ultimately into a Senior Property Manager role.
Your progression will be supported through:
Structured onboarding and training
Regular internal and external training
Hands-on coaching from experienced Property Managers
Exposure to all areas of residential Property Management
Ongoing feedback and development
Increasing responsibility as your skills grow
Who We're Looking For
Experience isn't the most important thing to us.
Attitude is.
We would love to hear from you if you:
Are genuinely interested in building a career in Property Management
Are organised and able to prioritise competing tasks
Have solid attention to detail
Communicate confidently and professionally
Take initiative and are willing to ask questions
Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Want to be part of a team where you can develop and progress
A current NSW Certificate of Registration is preferred; however, if you don't currently hold one, you must be willing to obtain it prior to commencing employment.
