We're looking for an organised, proactive Operations Coordinator who enjoys bringing order to busy days, solving problems and seeing every job through to completion.
You'll be the person who keeps our used vehicle preparation process running smoothly, coordinating vehicles from trade-in through to display.
Working closely with our workshop, detailers, suppliers and sales team.
You'll make sure every vehicle is prepared to the highest standard and delivered on time.
Your ability to keep vehicles moving efficiently means our customers receive beautifully presented vehicles on time, every time.
If you're naturally organised, enjoy juggling priorities and take pride in making sure nothing falls through the cracks, people rely on you because you communicate well, stay calm under pressure and always find a way to get things done.

What you'll be doingAs the Operations Coordinator – Vehicle Preparation, you'll be the central point of coordination for our vehicle preparation process.




Own the day-to-day coordination of our entire vehicle reconditioning process, ensuring every vehicle moves efficiently from trade-in to display.
Help ensure every vehicle is presented to the highest standard before it reaches display.
Schedule workshop repairs, detailing and inspections.
Liaise with suppliers and contractors.
Work closely with our Sales team to meet delivery timeframes.
Monitor vehicle progress and proactively resolve delays.
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
