Firesafe Group Pty Ltd are a leading provider of fire protection systems to the Construction, Mining, Resources and Government sectors in both Western Australia.Firesafe provide all aspects of fire protection, including Wet fire sprinkler systems, water mist and deluge, Special Hazard Foam and gas suppression systems, and Dry fire alarm and detection systems.Firesafe strive to be an employer of choice in the Fire Protection industry, and believe in developing talent, aiming to keep our workforce informed of recent practices, technologies and services that will keep us at the cutting edge of our field.About the RoleAs Construction Project Manager, you will take ownership of multiple fire protection projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.Working closely with internal teams, clients, subcontractors and suppliers, you will provide technical leadership, drive project performance and contribute to the continuous improvement of our project delivery systems.Key ResponsibilitiesProject DeliveryPlan, schedule and coordinate projects to achieve successful outcomes on time and within budget.Lead the delivery of multiple construction projects while maintaining quality, safety and client satisfaction.Develop project schedules, scopes and work plans while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.Monitor project performance, milestones, productivity and project trends.Provide technical guidance throughout the design process, supporting value engineering and practical project solutions.Ensure project requirements are captured and key deliverables are achieved.Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.Manage project variations and ensure all additional works are appropriately documented and recovered.Financial & Commercial ManagementManage project budgets, forecasting and cost control.Monitor work in progress,
