Due to an internal promotion, we currently have a position in our Spare Parts team.
Key responsibilities
Daily ordering of parts
Maintain Parts Warehouse
Stocking and supply of parts to retail clients
Stocking and ordering parts for the busy workshop utilizing company software
Attending to customers enquiries in person, via phone or by email
Offering exceptional customer service experience
About you
Parts interpreting experience advantageous but not essential
Passion for customer service
Passion for the agricultural and construction industry
Strong work ethic
Long term commitment
Competent computer skills
Professional presentation
Current drivers licence (Forklift licence an advantage)
Willingness to learn
