Our Perth clinic is open across Monday to Saturday, with lists providing Surgical Termination of Pregnancy, Medical Termination of Pregnancy, Long-Acting-Reversible-Contraception, and Vasectomies.

The Role:
Lead with purpose.
As a Nurse Unit Manager with MSI Australia, you'll drive safe, high-quality, client-centred care across our clinics – shaping the day-to-day operations that make it all possible, from people management and rostering to financial planning and clinical risk.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring MSI Australia continues to deliver best-practice care that puts clients first.
This is a full-time, salaried position reporting to our Director of Nursing, working closely with our Support Office team in Melbourne, VIC,
to deliver the best outcomes for our people, clients and clinics.
Key Areas of Responsibilitity:
Leading, empowering and mentoring the nursing/clinical team,
Monitoring and evaluating clinical practice and service delivery standards,
Troubleshooting day to day operational and clinical issues,
Reporting relevant clinic matters to the relevant senior manager/executive and other management personnel as required,
Driving continuous improvement including the strategizing and implementation of new policies and procedures in collaboration with governance meetings & committees,
Attaining and maintaining accreditation and regulatory compliance,
Staff rostering, leave management and authorisation of timesheets,
Exhibit leadership qualities and utilise team building strategies to promote a continuous improvement and safety culture leading to improved client outcomes and experience,
Lead the team for effective and effective management of resources by promoting flexibility and responsiveness to ensure alignment with activity,
Managing the clinic's operational budget and ensuring services are provided in the most cost effective way,
Managing contractual obligations where in place, with State/Territory Health Departments and meet associated KPIs to ensure compliance and access to services for clients.
In addition to the above, in this role, you will:
Understand and comply with the Code of Conduct and Behaviour Policy for employees and all relevant MSI policies and procedures.
