Bar Manager – Joji
Joji – a premium restaurant and cocktail bar – is searching for a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar team.

About the Role
As Bar Manager, you will take ownership of Joji's bar operations, leading from the front in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining refinement and precision. You will be responsible for the creative direction of the cocktail program, mentoring and inspiring your team, and ensuring operational excellence in everything from guest service to stock management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and inspire the bar team to deliver consistently world-class service
Develop and maintain a refined, high-energy cocktail program that reflects Joji's premium standards
Oversee day-to-day bar operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in a high-volume environment
Manage stock control, GP%, ordering, and supplier relationships with precision
Ensure compliance with all licensing, WHS, and company policies
Drive a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and passion for hospitality
About You
Proven leadership experience in a high-volume, refined cocktail bar or premium restaurant bar
Strong cocktail knowledge and creative flair with a focus on guest experience




Exceptional understanding of stock management, GP%, and cost control
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining refinement
A natural leader with excellent communication and mentoring skills
Passionate about hospitality and delivering unforgettable guest experiences
