About the Role
As our Commercial Fit-Out Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality commercial projects across Sydney.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being on the tools when required while leading subcontractors and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to an exceptional standard.
You'll work closely with our Project Manager and Director to help grow one of Western Sydney's fastest-growing commercial fit-out companies.
Responsibilities
Leadership
Coordinate all daily site activities.
Supervise subcontractors and direct labour.
Maintain project program.
Lead site meetings.
Manage deliveries and logistics.
Maintain a safe and organised site.
Quality
Read and interpret drawings.
Set out works accurately.
Inspect completed works.
Identify defects early.
Deliver exceptional finishes.
Construction
Install joinery when required.
Complete high-end carpentry.
Solve construction issues.
Coordinate services.
Assist commissioning.
Safety
Toolbox talks.
SWMS compliance.
WHS inspections.
Incident reporting.
Daily pre-starts.
Communication
Daily reports.
Photos.
Builder liaison.
Client interaction.
Material ordering.




Variation identification.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Commercial construction experience.
Ability to read plans.
Carpentry background.
White Card.
Driver Licence.
Preferred but not essential:
Certificate IV Building.
EWP.
First Aid.
Working at Heights.
