We're looking for a proactive and personable
Service Advisor
to join our
Regency Park
site and play a key role in delivering a first-class customer experience within the transport industry.
As the face of our Service department, you'll be the vital link between customers, technicians and internal teams.
You'll manage the service journey from booking to completion — keeping customers informed, work flowing efficiently and standards high.

About the Role
In this role, you will:
Be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries via phone, email and in person
Schedule service and repair work, prepare accurate quotes and coordinate vehicle check-ins
Liaise closely with technicians and internal departments to provide timely updates and keep work on track
Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks to ensure efficient service delivery
Complete warranty administration accurately and in line with manufacturer requirements
Build strong,



long-term customer relationships by consistently meeting — and exceeding — service expectations
