Our client, based in Lidcombe, is a leading food manufacturer producing fresh ready-to-eat meals, salads, soups, fruit products, and convenience foods supplied to major Australian retailers.
Morning and afternoon shifts available
Morning shift start times between 5:00am - 7:00am
Afternoon shift start times between 1:00pm - 4:00pm
5-6 days per week, Monday to Saturday
Chilled work environment (1-4°C)
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive manual tasks
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor food production machinery safely and efficiently
Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot production equipment during operation
Produce a variety of fresh food products including ready-made salads, soups, fruit products, and convenience meals
Complete routine quality checks to ensure products meet food safety and customer standards
Maintain production records and complete required documentation
Assist with machine changeovers and basic cleaning between production runs
Report machine faults or maintenance issues to supervisors
Follow GMP, HACCP, food safety, and workplace health and safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organised production area
What We're Looking For
Previous machine operating experience is ESSENTIAL
Experience operating machinery within a food manufacturing environment is highly preferred
Full Australian working rights
Willing to work ***** hour shifts when required




Ability to provide proof of work rights (Australian Passport, Australian Birth Certificate, or evidence of unrestricted Australian work rights)
Own reliable transport due to limited public transport access
Understanding of GMP, food safety, and hygiene standards
Comfortable working in a chilled environment while wearing PPE provided
Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties
Available to work 5-6 shifts per week
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
