About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join Global Workwear Investments Pty Ltd on a full-time basis.
This is a strategic position based in Welshpool, WA ****, where you will take ownership of our most important client relationships and drive revenue growth through account expansion and service excellence.
As a Key Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our commercial accounts, responsible for building long-term partnerships, understanding client needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
This role is crucial to our business growth strategy and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our commercial success.
Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as their primary contact for all business matters
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth
Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms to ensure mutual benefit and client retention
Collaborate with internal teams including operations, delivery, and Branding to ensure exceptional service delivery
Proactively identify client challenges and develop solutions that add value to their business
Forecast account performance and contribute to overall sales targets and company objectives
Monitor market trends and competitive activity within your assigned accounts
Manage account budgets and ensure profitability of key accounts
What we're looking for
Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and building long-term client relationships in a sales or account management role
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand client business objectives and align solutions accordingly
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on revenue growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM)



systems and sales reporting tools
Self-motivated and proactive approach to account management with strong organizational skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Experience in the workwear or industrial supplies sector is highly desirable
