The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced and inspiring retail leader to join our brand-recent Myer Karrinyup location as Concession Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new store opening and play a key role in establishing the Oroton presence within one of Perth's premier retail destinations.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will take ownership of the concession, driving commercial success while creating a premium customer experience from day one.
You will lead with confidence, build strong relationships, coach your team to deliver exceptional service, and create a store environment that reflects the sophistication and quality of the Oroton brand.

What You'll DoLead, coach and inspire your team to become true Oroton brand ambassadorsDrive performance, achieving sales targets and KPIs within a concession environmentOversee daily operations, including recruitment, rostering, customer experience and complianceExecute elevated,
