The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Internal Sales - Representative Relationship Executive to join our team on a full-time basis.

What You'll Do
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
Providing accurate product advice and quotations
Following up on outstanding quotes
Entering and maintaining CRM data
Supporting internal and external sales activities

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team




Strong time management in a fast-paced environment
Strong numeracy and problem-solving skills
A confident, professional phone manner
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams etc.)
Highly Regarded (But Not Essential)
Experience with Netsuite Cloud ERP
Previous experience in internal sales, customer service or administration
