About the role As a Host, you are the face of the restaurant and the first point of contact for our guests.
You will create a warm and professional welcome, manage reservations, and ensure smooth guest flow throughout service.
Your attention to detail and ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success.




What you'll be doing • Greeting and welcoming guests with a polished and friendly approach• Managing bookings and waitlists efficiently• Seating guests while maintaining table rotation and service flow• Handling phone enquiries and reservations with confidence• Supporting the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless guest experience
What we're looking for • Minimum 1 year experience in a guest-facing role within hospitality, hotel or tourism• Experience in an à la carte environment is highly regarded• Strong communication skills and qualified presentation• Experience with reservation systems• Cash handling experience• Current RSA certificate• Flexible availability across a 7-day rotating roster• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
