About the RoleYou will be working on a variety of commercial construction and civil projects, assisting with safe lifting operations, crane activities and general site safety.
Dogman Duties
Direct and control crane lifting operations.
Sling and secure loads safely.
Communicate with crane operators using hand signals and two-way radios.
Ensure lifting operations comply with site safety requirements.
Spotter Duties
Conduct exclusion zone and plant movement spotting.
Monitor overhead and underground services.
Assist with traffic and pedestrian management where required.
Maintain safe work practices around mobile plant and equipment.
Essential Requirements
Current Dogging High Risk Work Licence (Dogger applicants).
Current Construction Spotter qualification (Spotter applicants).
White Card.
Current Driver Licence and reliable transport.
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
Ability to work well within a team.
Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.
Highly Regarded
Working at Heights.
EWP Ticket.
Telehandler Ticket.
Rigging Licence.
HR or MR Driver Licence.
Previous crane or major construction experience.
