Quality College of Australia is seeking an experienced and motivated Community Services Trainer and Assessor to join our team on a casual basis, working 2.5 days per week.
This role is ideal for a passionate industry qualified with current experience in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability) who is committed to delivering high-quality vocational education and supporting students to achieve successful employment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, high-quality training and assessment in both face-to-face and virtual classroom environments.
Review and maintain training resources and assessment materials.
Coordinate and support student work placements and conduct industry visits.
Build and maintain positive relationships with employers, community organisations, and other industry stakeholders.
Provide exceptional support and guidance to students throughout their learning journey.
Empower students to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to work in the aged care and disability support sectors.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
A current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or successor qualification).
A Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and/or Disability) or a higher relevant qualification.
Current industry experience in the community services sector.




A sound understanding of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and support diverse student cohorts.
A current Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
