Looking for Doers, Not Forklift Drivers Who Just Move Pallets
We're looking for motivated Warehouse All-Rounders to join our safety-focused, customer-focused team.
This role is for someone who takes pride in their work, gets stuck in, and understands that delivering for the customer takes a team effort.
We're not looking for someone who stands around waiting for the next instruction.
We want people who take initiative, help their teammates, and are committed to keeping our operation running safely and efficiently.
About the Role
As a Warehouse All-Rounder, you'll be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, supporting production and customer requirements while helping maintain fast turnaround times and consistently high-quality work.
This is an all-hands-on-deck environment where everyone contributes.
We believe in cross-training and teamwork, ensuring every member of the team can step in where needed to maximise productivity and keep work flowing.
Flexible hours are available across both day and night operations, however this is not a rotating roster.
Essential Requirements
Current Forklift Licence
Experience operating Overhead Cranes
Stud Welding experience
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Reliable, proactive and team-oriented attitude
Preferred first aid and CPR but not essential
HR-A licence also highly regarded
What You'll Be Doing




Forklift operations including loading, unloading and material movements
Overhead crane operations
Stud welding and associated fabrication support activities
Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
Assisting with inventory and warehouse organisation
Supporting production and operational requirements as needed
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workplace
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
