Nexus Realty is growing, and we're looking for a Sales Assistant / Personal Assistant who is hungry to learn, motivated to succeed, and ready to step into the exciting world of real estate.
This role is perfect for school leavers, university students, or anyone starting out who wants to build a long-term career in property and sales.
You don't need experience — we'll train you from the ground up.
You'll work closely with experienced agents, gain real industry exposure, and learn what it takes to succeed in real estate.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assisting sales agents with listings, home opens, and client meetings
Learning how property deals happen from listing to settlement
Generating leads through calls, door knocking, database follow-ups, and leveraging social media platforms, community connections, and local sponsorship opportunities.
Helping coordinate marketing campaigns and property launches
Supporting open homes and buyer inspections
Maintaining client databases and assisting with daily sales tasks
Learning real estate systems, negotiation processes, and industry tools
This role gives you real hands-on experience in property sales, not just office admin.

A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
Experience in real estate or sales is a bonus but not required.
