Thai Herb Restaurant is seeking an experienced and passonate Restaurant Manager to lead our agile team.
In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, drive business dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Lead, motivate, and develop a high- performing team in a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Implement strategies to grow sales, increase customer loyalty, and attract new guests.
Respond promptly to customer feedback and resolve issues effectively.
Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships, while controlling costs and minimising waste.
Supervise and train both front and back-of-house staff.
Ensure adherence to health, safety , and food quality standards.
Monitor budgets, sales performance, and profitability.
Work closely with the director on initiatives to support business growth, including potential new locations.
Requirements:




3-5 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager in Asian cuisine, particularly Thai Restaurants.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
In-depth knowledge of Thai food and beverages.
Flexibility to work a rotating schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
At least Diploma in Hospitality (required).
RSA certification (preferred).
