About the Role Green Light is seeking an experienced Data Scientist (MLOps) to join a high-performing AI & Data team delivering enterprise-scale machine learning and cloud-based data solutions.
This role will be responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting scalable machine learning and data platforms across AWS and hybrid environments.
You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver innovative, production-ready solutions while driving best practices across DataOps, MLOps, cloud engineering, and DevOps.Responsibilities
Lead the delivery and implementation of DataOps and MLOps initiatives across large-scale enterprise environments.
Develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning solutions and cloud-based data platforms.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to convert requirements into scalable and efficient technology solutions.
Enhance platform reliability and scalability through automation, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and environment administration.
Oversee the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from model deployment and monitoring through to retraining and compliance.
Implement frameworks that support data quality, traceability, observability, and governance standards.
Design, build, and maintain APIs and integration services that enable seamless operational and analytical processes.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and quality assurance to project teams and delivery resources.
Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, architecture artefacts, and operational support materials.




Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience delivering DataOps, MLOps, or enterprise data platform solutions.
Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
Experience developing machine learning solutions and managing the ML model lifecycle.
Extensive AWS experience, including services such as Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, ECS, and Step Functions.
Strong knowledge of MLOps tools and frameworks, including MLFlow.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and automation practices.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
