About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Microsoft Platform & Cloud Operations Manager to lead the operational management, security and continual improvement of Microsoft cloud environments across our managed services clients.This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong Microsoft 365 and Azure expertise, excellent customer engagement skills and experience delivering cloud transformation projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune and Windows Server environments.Monitor platform performance, security and availability.Manage incidents, changes, problem resolution and service improvements.Lead Microsoft 365 tenant onboarding, tenant consolidation and tenant-to-tenant migration projects.Manage client onboarding,



infrastructure implementation and service transitions.Coordinate secure client offboarding and transition to new service providers.Implement Microsoft security best practices including Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access and MFA.Develop automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.Design and deliver Microsoft Power BI dashboards and operational reporting.Build trusted relationships with clients and provide proactive technical advice.About YouYou'll bring experience in:Microsoft 365 AdministrationMicrosoft AzureMicrosoft Entra IDMicrosoft IntuneExchange Online, SharePoint and TeamsMicrosoft Defender and Microsoft SecurityMicrosoft 365 tenant migrations and consolidationsClient onboarding and managed services transitionsPowerShell automationMicrosoft Power BI implementation and reportingIT infrastructure, networking and cloud operationsMicrosoft certifications such as Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Administrator or Security Administrator are highly regarded.
