The Role We are seeking a Planning Coordinator to join our team on an 8:6 roster based in Perth.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Coordinator to work across Planning and Mobilisation for our rapidly expanding teams on site.
Reporting to the Mobilisation and Planning Team Leads you will be responsible for supporting both the planning and mobilisation functions during peak periods.
This role takes on a 360-approach servicing our shutdowns from planning to execution.
Key Responsibilities Liaise with clients and key Warrikal personnel to define job requirements, including staffing, training, dates, and assets Identify and communicate potential planning shortfalls to stakeholders Collaborate with Recruitment to fulfil resourcing needs via Warrikal planning software Raise requisitions through Warrikal Purchasing systems Maintain the Job Tracker to monitor key planning dates and personnel requirements Escalate significant scope or resourcing changes to the Resource Planning Manager prior to approval Assess and map incoming work,
