We're on the lookout for a practical, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to join a well-established, Perth home building company who build quality single-storey homes across Perth.

The Opportunity You'll take charge of the maintenance side of the business — going out to sites, assessing issues, jumping in to fix things and coordinating trades where needed to get things sorted.
Your day-to-day will include: Attending homes to assess and resolve maintenance issues Managing and responding to client requests with a solutions-focused approach - over the phone and in person Carrying out minor maintenance or touch-up work where required Coordinating trades where required to ensure work is completed efficiently Ensuring every homeowner has a smooth, positive post-handover experience What We're Looking ForThis role would suit someone from a carpentry, maintenance or handyman background who understands how homes are put together and takes pride in a job well done.
You'll bring: Solid experience in residential maintenance, construction or a related field A trade qualification (carpentry highly regarded)
