We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This is a full-time position based in South Australia.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, direct, and coordinate restaurant operations to ensure effective and profitable service.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, rostering, and performance management.
• Monitor quality of service and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and ordering of food and beverage stock.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, workplace health and safety, and licensing requirements.
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Prepare budgets, financial reports, and operational records to support management decisions.
What You'll Need:
• Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
• Sound knowledge of food safety standards, licensing regulations, and operational compliance requirements.
