What You Will Do:
Lead, mentor, and supervise the Production crew in a busy open-pit gold mining operation.
Drive daily production targets, ensuring your team is operating safely, efficiently, and to the mine plan.
Be the leader on the ground, running pre-starts, toolbox talks, and fostering a strong, positive safety culture.
Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams to maximise equipment availability and operational performance.
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with site standards and mining regulations.
Who We're Looking For:
You have a minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience as a
Mining Supervisor- Load and Haul
in an open-pit mining setting.
Your experience is in production mining, with a strong understanding of load and haul operations.
Gold mining experience is highly desirable
You are a natural leader who can motivate a crew, manage performance, and lead by example.
You have a genuine commitment to safety in everything you do.
S26 Statutory Supervisor qualifications
National Police Clearance with in 3 months
