Your new role
Providing high-level executive support to senior leaders and C-suite executives
Managing complex calendars, travel arrangements and meeting coordination
Preparing reports, presentations, correspondence and board papers
Coordinating stakeholder communication across internal and external networks
Assisting with project and office administration as required
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives
Strong experience within the private sector preferred
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
Professional communication and stakeholder management skills
Available for temporary contract opportunities
