This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys a variety of maintenance and repair tasks and takes pride in delivering quality work.
Your recent role
General building and property maintenance
Minor repairs and maintenance tasks
Basic carpentry, painting, patching, and repairs
Grounds maintenance and site upkeep
Identifying and reporting maintenance issues
Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
What you'll need to succeed
Previous maintenance or handy person experience
Current Driving Licence
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Reliable,



punctual, and safety-focused attitude
Trade qualification highly regarded but not essential
