Part-Time Front of House Supervisor
to join our busy café deli in the heart of Maylands.
We're looking for someone who brings calm energy, strong café experience and a genuine love of hospitality.
You'll help keep service flowing, support the FOH team on the floor, and make sure every customer receives the warm, thoughtful and consistent experience we're known for.
This role is perfect for someone who loves great coffee, enjoys working with people, and can lead from the front during a busy service.
What you'll be doing
You'll help:
Lead and support the front of house team during service
Maintain strong coffee standards
Keep the floor running smoothly and calmly
Support staff with direction,



communication and training in real time
Create a warm, welcoming experience for every customer
Uphold the Smoults way — friendly, thoughtful, consistent hospitality
About you
You are:
Experienced in coffee and café service
Confident supervising a busy floor
Calm, hands-on and decisive under pressure
A great communicator who enjoys supporting a team
Detail-focused and proud of doing things well
Someone who values consistency, craft and genuine hospitality
Available to work at least one weekend day
