The Trustee for Joshi Family Trust Shri Ganeshai Namaha Pty Ltd ATF Joshi Family Trust T/A Bang on Brows is seeking a qualified and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our growing team.
This full-time position is ideal for a motivated professional who is committed to delivering exceptional beauty services and outstanding customer care.
The successful candidate will perform a broad range of beauty treatments while maintaining high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and client satisfaction.

Task & responsibilities Consult with clients to assess their beauty needs and recommend suitable treatments.
Perform eyebrow threading, eyebrow shaping, tinting, facial waxing, body waxing, and other hair removal services.
Provide facials, skin treatments, cleansing, exfoliation, and facial massage.
Apply makeup for special occasions and provide beauty advice tailored to client preferences.
Perform eyelash and eyebrow enhancement treatments where applicable.
Recommend appropriate skincare and beauty products to clients.
Maintain accurate client treatment records and appointment details.
Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and tools are cleaned, sanitised,



and maintained in accordance with hygiene and workplace health and safety standards.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
Deliver outstanding customer service to build long-term client relationships.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve salon goals and maintain a welcoming workplace.
Qualification & experience Certificate III or Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 1–2 years of full-time relevant experience as a Beauty Therapist.
Demonstrated experience in eyebrow threading, waxing, tinting, facials, and other beauty treatments.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment.
Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality services.
Knowledge of workplace hygiene, health, and safety requirements.
