About the
role
If you're
looking for a communications role where you can exercise
creativity, take initiative and contribute to a range of projects
across different channels, we have an exciting opportunity at Bunge
to help shape how we connect with employees, attract talent and

In this
role, you will be responsible for managing how our permanent
employees across Australia and New Zealand, and our seasonal
workers who join us over harvest, are informed about, and stay
connected with, our local and global business.
This includes
creating engaging content through business updates, informative
stories and people-focused features.
You will
also support recruitment campaigns including our extensive annual
advertising for **** harvest roles, and lead and assist projects
with writing and design support across digital, print and social
media including LinkedIn.

collaborative and supportive team and reporting to the Senior
Communications Advisor, you will gain exposure to many aspects of
our Australian, New Zealand and global business and connect with
colleagues from all locations and roles.
This is
an excellent opportunity for a creative communications
qualified, who enjoys telling stories, producing audience
focused content and learning about new areas of businesses.
You'll

Key
responsibilities
Manage the
production of the monthly employee magazine, including
story development, writing, editing, design and
approvals
Create engaging
internal communications that support employee engagement,
safety and people initiatives
Manage and
maintain content across the company intranet, ensuring
information is current and relevant
Support the
promotion and implementation of global communications
initiatives and local business content across internal
channels
Assist with
recruitment campaigns through the development of job
advertisements and employer branding
content
Create and
manage content for LinkedIn and other digital communication
channels
Develop
presentations, speeches and talking points aligned with
business priorities and corporate
messaging
Design and
produce digital and print communication materials in line
with brand guidelines
About
you
Bachelor's
degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a
related discipline
Minimum three
years' experience in a communications, public relations or
corporate communications role
Strong written
communication skills with the ability to tailor content for
different audiences and channels
Well-developed
graphic design and visual communication skills with a
strong attention to detail
Experience
creating digital content, including social media, intranet
and video content
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Creative
Suite
Strong
stakeholder management and project coordination skills,
with the ability to manage competing
priorities
A proactive,
creative and solutions-focused approach with the ability to
work collaboratively across all levels of the
business
Current
unrestricted driver's licence
