NewSpark Electrical Solutions is looking for a
1st, 2nd or 3rd Year Electrical Apprentice
to join our team.
For this position,

We are looking for someone with
grit, determination and a strong work ethic
.
Someone who turns up ready to work, wants to learn, isn't afraid of a hard day's work and takes pride in getting the job done properly.
You don't need to know everything — that's what an apprenticeship is for.
But you do need to bring the right attitude every day.
The Role
This is a full time position working a
4-day week consisting of 10-hour days
.
Successful applicants requiring TAFE enrolment will be
enrolled into block-release TAFE at the earliest available intake
, allowing you to complete your required training in dedicated blocks.
You'll work alongside experienced electricians and gain hands-on experience across:
Residential and commercial electrical works
Level 2 ASP works
Overhead and underground electrical services
Private poles and consumer mains
Switchboard upgrades and replacements
Fault finding and maintenance
New installations and renovations
Testing and commissioning
We undertake a broad range of work, providing the opportunity to develop skills and experience well beyond basic residential electrical.

Holds a driver's licence or is working towards obtaining one
We are open to applicants looking to commence their
1st year
, as well as existing
2nd and 3rd Year Electrical Apprentices
.
For first-year applicants, previous electrical experience isn't essential.
We would rather employ someone with the right attitude and work ethic who is willing to learn.
