Shree Radhika Pty Ltd Shree Radhika Pty Ltd T/as Bellavita Pizzeria, located at Allenby Gardens in South Australia are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team on a full-time basis and assist in delivering high-quality Italian dining experiences.
Employment Conditions
Full-time, permanent position.
Rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Competitive salary plus superannuation.
Benefits Salary: AUD $75,000 – $80,000 per annum plus superannuation (commensurate with skills and experience).
Task & responsibilities Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare and cook a variety of authentic Italian dishes including pizzas, pasta, seafood, meat and daily specials.
Develop and update menus in consultation with management, incorporating seasonal produce and customer preferences.
Prepare and cook food to consistently high quality and presentation standards.
Monitor food preparation, portion control and minimise wastage.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and WHS regulations.
Supervise and train kitchen staff where required.




Manage stock levels, order food supplies and inspect deliveries for quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen work areas and equipment.
Assist in menu costing and maintaining food cost targets.
Qualification & experience Essential Requirements
AQF Certificate IV or higher qualification in Commercial Cookery (or overseas equivalent)
At least three years of relevant full-time Chef experience.
Demonstrated experience preparing Italian cuisine in a commercial kitchen.
Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen workplace.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
