St John Dental operates in primary health clinics across the metro area located in Armadale/Kelmscott, Cannington, Cockburn, Joondalup, Midland & Osborne Park.
These facilities are state of the art and offer a range of combined health solutions including GP, Urgent Care and Dental, along with allied services and x-ray/imaging facilities.

Dental Receptionist - Part Time - Osborne Park

Whether it's the annual family trip for a scale and polish or a complex surgical procedure that our patients visit us for,

The role:
We are seeking an
experienced

Dental Receptionist for our
Osborne Park
Clinic.
Roster:
Monday 9.45am-6.15pm
Friday 7.45am-5.15pm
Saturday 7.45am-*****pm (fortnightly)
What you will be doing:
Your role will support the smooth running of the St John Dental clinic, efficiently following procedures and providing a high-quality service to our patients, doctors and clients.
Your duties will include:
All aspects of Dental Reception
Acting as a first point of contact for Dental patients
Maintaining patient records, including bookings and billings
Child Dental Perks
HICAPS
Effectively manage the recall process
You will have:
Prior experience as a Dental Receptionist
Experience using
Dental 4 Windows
Cert III Dental Assisting preferred or interest in working towards (Desirable)
Ability to answer busy phone lines and multi-task
Incredible customer service skills
Professional personal presentation
Current Police Clearance
