The Role
We're looking for both experienced and new Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our Adelaide team.
Whether established or just starting out, you'll receive consistent guidance, genuine supervision, and support from a team that understands the complexity of behaviour support.
You'll carry a meaningful caseload delivering high-quality behaviour support across:
Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA)
Strengths-based, personalised Behaviour Support Plans
Collaboration with families, carers and allied health teams
Ethical, high-quality, NDIS-compliant practice
Supervision
Clinical support isn't an add-on — it's built into how we work.
What support looks like:
– Weekly one-on-one supervision with your Clinical Lead
– Weekly group supervision with peers at your experience level
– Weekly company-wide practitioner forums focused on behaviour support
– Monthly external supervision to support your professional growth
– Complete administrative support so you can focus solely on behaviour support
You won't navigate complex work alone — you'll have structure, feedback, and a team invested in your growth.
How you will work
We have a bright, light-filled city-fringe office in Adelaide, with views across Victoria Park—and you're welcome to use it as much or as little as you like.

Some days you might want the energy of being around your team; other days you'll work from home.
You decide.
Hybrid mode with genuine flexibility
Autonomy over your schedule
No micromanagement — we trust you to do your job
What you will get
$95,000–$120,000 base salary + Super
Clear progression pathway from Core to Proficient to Advanced/Specialist practitioner level — with defined milestones and structured support from our leadership team
Templates and systems that reduce admin and let you focus on clients
Ability to shape the makeup of your caseload
Performance bonus potential
$1/km travel reimbursement
What you will need
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, or a related allied health/human services discipline.
Knowledge of disability, mental health, and developmental conditions, and their impact on behaviour and daily life.
Work experience in these areas is preferred.
Demonstrated understanding of Positive Behaviour Support principles, evidence-based practice, and clinical reasoning skills.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with participants, families, and support networks.
Confidence in using IT systems and digital service delivery methods (e.g., telehealth).
Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Check (or ability to obtain).
Driver's licence and own vehicle.
