They are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing within a supportive, collaborative team known for its strong culture and long staff tenure.
Description
End-to-end payroll processing
Payroll compliance, reconciliations and reporting
Interpretation of payroll legislation and employment conditions
Managing employee payroll queries
Stakeholder engagement across multiple business units
Supporting payroll process improvement initiatives
Profile
Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll processing
Solid knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, taxation and superannuation requirements
Experience interpreting awards, agreements or complex pay conditions
An understanding of Payday Super requirements and payroll compliance obligations




The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
Experience working within a multi-site or complex workforce environment would be highly regarded
