Enable WA is seeking experienced, compassionate, and reliable Support Workers to join our dedicated 24/7 high-care teams.
Working within a consistent support team delivering high-quality care to participants with complex physical and personal care needs across the Peel catchment area in particular; Rockingham, Mandurah, and Coolup.
Applicants who can work collaboratively with allied health professionals and nursing staff, follow detailed care plans and provide safe, respectful support at all times are encouraged to apply.
The availability to work varied shifts including day, evening, night, and weekend shifts across all three locations of Rockingham, Mandurah and Coolup, will be highly regarded.
Skills & experience
We are seeking applicants who have experience and confidence in:
Full hoist transfers (mobile and/or ceiling hoists)
Supporting participants who use a Powered Wheelchair
Partial and full personal care
Following complex support plans and clinical directions
Completing accurate and timely documentation and case notes
Supporting participants in both home and community settings
Medication management and administration.
Desirable – training provided
Dysphagia management and protected mealtime support.
Desirable – training provided
Bowel care and Catheter and Urinary Care maintaining participant dignity.
Desirable – training provided
Manual handling and safe transfer techniques.

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
NDIS Orientation Module
Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
