We have a role available for a Trainee Strata Manager located in our Subiaco Office.
Immediate Start.
Our Strata Managers are responsible for mixed residential and commercial strata portfolios and the duties include:
Scheduling, attending and chairing all AGM's for your Strata Companies.
Liaising with the Council of Owners, Owners, and Property Managers to cultivate good relations and ensure all expectations are being met.
Following maintenance contracts through from start to finish and liaising with contractors to ensure this is done in a timely and effective manner.
Maintaining and updating knowledge of the Strata Titles Act and other current legislation to ensure correct advice is provided to clients.
