This is a role for someone ready to set the direction for junior team members, exercise complete qualified judgement, and be accountable for outcomes,



not just tasks.What you will be doingManaging a portfolio of SME clients across tax and business services, with full autonomy over day to day decisionsSetting direction, priorities, and technical guidance for junior team membersExercising full professional judgement on complex technical and compliance mattersActing as a strategic communicator with two Directors, providing clear updates, insights, and recommendationsReviewing and finalising financial statements, tax returns, and compliance workBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contactWhat you bringCA or CPA qualificationMinimum 1 year experience at Manager level within public practiceConfidence to work directly with Directors and exercise independent judgementStrong technical skills across tax and business services complianceNatural leadership ability, with experience guiding and mentoring junior staffExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical detail into clear, strategic insight
