Young Mindz is seeking experienced support workers to assist a male participant in Rathdowney with MS, delivering person-centred care and daily living support. You will help with personal care, mobility, meal preparation and documentation, following care plans and behaviour support strategies.

Applicants should have NDIS orientation, screening checks, First Aid/CPR, a valid driver's licence and at least 2 years' experience in disability or community services. Training opportunities are provided.
