HARDLINE GROUP is seeking an experienced Civil Formwork Allrounder to join our growing team working on substation, telecommunications and electrical infrastructure projects across Australia.
/n
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with solid civil construction experience who is confident in formwork and enjoys a varied workload. You'll work alongside experienced crews delivering high-quality infrastructure projects in metropolitan, regional and remote locations.

What You'll Be Doing
/n
/n
- Construct and install civil formwork for footings, foundations, slabs, pits and structural concrete works
/n
- Set out and prepare formwork in accordance with construction drawings and specifications
/n
- Assist with steel reinforcement installation and concrete placement
/n
- Carry out general civil construction duties as required
/n
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
/n
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew members to deliver projects safely, on time, and to a high standard
/n
- Maintain a solid focus on quality workmanship and site safety
/n
- Travel to projects across Australia on a rostered basis
/n/n
What We're Looking For
/n
/n
- Proven experience in civil formwork
/n
- Strong understanding of formwork systems, concrete construction, and civil works
/n
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
/n
- Experience with reinforcement installation and concrete works is highly regarded
/n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a productive team
/n
- Construction White Card (essential)
/n
- HR Licence, EWP, Telehandler, Excavator or other relevant tickets (advantageous)
/n
- Willingness to travel and work away in regional and remote locations
/n/n
