We are seeking an experienced client-side Civil Supervisor to lead key civil packages on one of Australia’s most significant remote renewable energy developments that will combine wind, solar and battery storage and reshape how remote mine sites are powered.

About the Role

Reporting to the Construction Manager, as Civil Supervisor you will take ownership of day-to-day civil site delivery works, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, on program and to specification, by the civil contarctors on site.

You will be responsible for:

- Supervising civil works across earthworks, concrete, foundations, underground services, drainage, roads and associated infrastructure.
- Leading crews and coordinating labour, plant, materials and subcontractors to achieve daily and weekly targets.
- Driving a robust safety culture through pre-starts, toolbox talks, inspections and compliance with HSE systems.
- Working closely with your team and client representatives to develop creative solutions for construction challenges
- Maintaining accurate daily reports, site records and progress updates.

About You

You will be a confident Civil Supervisor with a strong track record leading and supervising remote Australian mine site projects,



with the ability to keep people, plant and program moving safely.

To be considered, you will bring:

- Trade qualification or tertiary qualifications in civil/construction
- 5-10+ years experience as Civil Supervisor in Australia for civil contractors AND exposure working client side on industrial projects such as mine sites valued $100m+
- Previous FIFO experience delivering remote earthworks, concrete works, structural foundations, underground services, drainage and roads.
- Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies, Australian Standards and HSE systems.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and quality documentation.
- Excellent planning, communication, problem-solving skills.
- Construction White Card, current Driver’s Licence & First Aid training
