AQF Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Associate Degree a with 1-2 years of experience working in a similar position

Key Responsibilities
Create CAD generated bill of materials for purchasing
Participate and make decisions for selection and procurement of correct moving parts, selection of piping materials and pipe qualification.
Estimating material costs and quantities, and machine requirements
Performing and directing field and laboratory tests
Collecting and analysing data, carrying out complex computations and preparing diagrams
Produce concept designs through to detailed workshop drawings for manufacture.
Prepare various Skid designs to suit mechanical equipment.
Prepare alternative designs to provide option to client.
Preparing drawings, plans and designs for mechanical engineering work
Perform hands-on testing, installation, and assembly of mechanical systems, components, and equipment.




Assist engineers in the design, development, and improvement of mechanical systems and prototypes.
Organising and supervising inspection and maintenance of machines and plant
Ensuring that designs and finished work are within specifications, regulations, and contract provisions

Experience, Skills & Qualifications
High degree of drafting skills is required
Understand and thrive in a high compliance, process driven workplace.
Design Drawings/ execution is mandatory.
