We are currently recruiting experienced operators and tradespeople for multiple roles across the plastics manufacturing sector in South Brisbane and surrounding areas.

Featured Role – Permanent Maintenance Supervisor / Hands-On Fitter | Yatala

We are seeking a hands-on Fitter with supervisory experience for a permanent position in Yatala.

- Australian-recognised Mechanical Trade Qualification (or formally recognised overseas equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience supervising a small team (previous Leading Hand or supervisory experience highly regarded)
- Solid fault-finding and problem-solving capability
- Experience with SAP or similar systems advantageous
- Safety-focused with a proactive approach
- Connect/Disconnect Licence preferred but not essential
- Hours: Monday-Thursday 6:00am-2:30pm | Friday 6:00am-12:00pm
- Base rate $50-$60 per hour + $2.50 Team Leader Allowance
- Approx. $104,000-$124,000 base + super (38-hour week)
- Overtime, call-back penalties and quarterly bonus scheme available
- Total earnings potential typically $110,000-$130,000+ per annum + super

Other Roles We Are Recruiting For:

1. Casual Maintenance Fitters / Machine Fitters

- Rates $50-$60 per hour depending on experience
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting industrial machinery in plastics or FMCG manufacturing
- Mechanical aptitude, fault finding and preventive maintenance

2. Casual Industrial Electricians

- Rates $50-$60 per hour depending on experience




- Experience in FMCG or industrial manufacturing settings
- Fault finding, control systems, motors, VSDs and plant electrical maintenance

3. Permanent Blow Moulders / Die Setters / Process Technicians

- Hands-on experience with blow moulding or injection moulding machines
- Die setting, mould changes, process adjustments and troubleshooting

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in plastics manufacturing, packaging or FMCG industrial environments
- Strong safety focus and ability to work in high-volume production settings
- Reliability and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Full Australian work rights

Locations: South Brisbane and surrounding areas (including Yatala)
